Fitness Sports / Capital Striders Spring Training Group this
Sat morning, 7:15, at Meredith Hall on the Drake Campus. Everyone is welcome. Usually
60 to 80 runners of all paces (7 to 12 minute miles). There will be water stops and
maps and plenty of friendly people. This
weeks routes are 5.5, 8 & 13 miles.
